It now has all the features of the previous model plus <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/3G">3G</a> data, GPS (<a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Assisted_GPS">A-GPS</a>) and the 2.0 version of the iPhone OS which supports 3<sup>rd</sup> party applications and includes the <a href="http://www.apple.com/iphone/appstore/">App Store</a> along with tons of other new features—<a href="http://store.apple.com/us/browse/home/shop_iphone/family/iphone?mco=MTE2NTQ">all this at half the price</a> of the previous model.
